of us is unique with learning strengths and learning challenges which

Barbara
Jones MA.Ed (Special Needs/Inclusive Education) is an Associate
Member of the British Dyslexia Association (AMBDA) and a recognised
Dyslexia Assessor and programme facilitator. Barbara is a an independent
Special Needs Consultant , teacher trainer and movement specialist.
She is an active member of the Feldenkrais Guild of North America (FGNA)
and the Feldenkrais Guild, UK.
Barbara has presented at the "PEACE in Education and Communication
Worldwide" Conference in Budapest, Hungary (2004) and also at the
NEXUS EQ Emotional Intelligence Conference in Holland (2005).
Since 2005
Barbara has been researching provision and resources as a hands on practitioner
to further expand the tools that are available to parents and schools
dedicated to bringing out the best in their students.
Barbara has also been preparing courses for “Dyslexia
Friendly Schools”, a concept strongly supported by the
an independent report from Sir Jim Rose to the Secretary of State for
Children, Schools and Families (Rose Review June 2009) –“Identifying
and Teaching Children and Young People with Dyslexia and Literacy Difficulties”
